Editorial policy
How the articles in the journal are chosen, checked and corrected. This is the part we hold ourselves to.

Who writes
Content is written and owned by Nhan Ha (Tony), MBA, SHRM-CP. AI tools are used in research and drafting; every figure, date and quotation is checked against the original source by a human editor before publication. If it cannot be verified, it is not published.
Checking the numbers
- Every figure carries a footnote pointing to its source, listed in full at the end of the article.
- Primary sources first: the publishing organisation's own report, published research, government portals, major news agencies. When the original blocks access, we confirm through at least one reputable second source and cite both.
- We do not repeat figures from aggregator sites with no traceable source.
Images
Images come from Wikimedia Commons, and only those in the public domain or under a Creative Commons licence allowing commercial use. Licences are checked automatically through the Commons API; the author, the licence and a link to the source page appear under each image.
Respecting sources' copyright
Articles are summaries and commentary in TTD's own words, not translations. At most one short sentence per source is quoted verbatim, in quotation marks. We do not republish charts or tables from the original reports, and we always link so you can read the full version.
Corrections
If you spot a wrong figure or detail, email Nhanhd.1505@gmail.com. We check it against the source, correct the article and show the update date on the article itself. An error that changes a conclusion is marked as corrected, not quietly overwritten.
Advertising and independence
Advertising here is served automatically by Google; we do not choose advertisers and nobody pays to appear in an article. If a piece is ever sponsored or commercially arranged, that will be stated at the top of it.
