Privacy policy

Who runs this site

Tony Talent Development (TTD) is a personal site about learning and talent development, run by Nhan Ha (Tony) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Any question about personal data can be sent to Nhanhd.1505@gmail.com.

The data we process

  • Account (optional): the name and email you give at sign-up, plus an encrypted password. This is stored with Supabase and used only to sign you in, sync learning progress across devices and put your name on completion certificates. Without an account you can still read and take every course.
  • Learning progress and language choice: stored in your browser (localStorage). If you sign in, progress is synced to your account.
  • Data you enter into the tools and templates: processed in your browser and never sent to our servers. Payroll sheets, staff lists or CVs you load into a tool do not leave your machine.
  • The TTD assistant (chat box): your question is sent to the Google Gemini API to generate an answer. We do not store conversations; your IP address is held briefly in memory to rate-limit abuse.
  • Server logs: our host, Vercel, records ordinary technical information such as IP address, time of request and browser type, for operations and security.

Advertising and cookies

This site shows advertising delivered by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies or read device identifiers to measure advertising performance and, depending on your choices, to show personalised ads based on your visits to this and other sites.

You can turn off personalised advertising at any time in Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) or at www.aboutads.info. Turning personalisation off does not remove ads; it only makes them less relevant.

Readers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent dialog before advertising cookies are set, as Google requires of publishers. You can change your choice at any time in that dialog.

How Google uses data when you use a partner's site is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and do not trade it with third parties for marketing. Data passes only through the providers needed to run the site: Vercel (hosting and delivery), Supabase (accounts and progress) and Google (Gemini for the assistant, AdSense for advertising).

Your rights

Under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15 you have the right to be informed, to give or withdraw consent, to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. For readers in Europe, the equivalent rights under the GDPR also apply.

How to use them: email Nhanhd.1505@gmail.com from the address you registered with. We reply within seven working days. You can also clear progress stored in your browser yourself by clearing site data.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Platform technical logs are kept briefly under the provider's own policy. Data stored in your browser stays on your machine until you clear it.

Children

The site is aimed at working professionals and not at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes to this policy

When our data handling changes, we update this page and the date at the top in the same release, not afterwards.
