By using tonytd.net you agree to the terms below. Courses and articles are free and open to everyone; some tools require a free account so results can be saved and synced.

Content and copyright

• Articles, courses, templates and the tools' source code belong to Tony Talent Development unless stated otherwise.
• You may read, print for personal use, share links and quote briefly with attribution and a link back. Please do not republish whole articles elsewhere.
• Images in the journal come from Wikimedia Commons under public domain or Creative Commons licences; the author and licence are credited under each image and must travel with the image if you reuse it.
• Figures and quotations from third-party reports remain the copyright of their publishers; we summarise in our own words and always link to the original.

Accounts

You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the system, for example calling the chat assistant at an abnormal rate.

Tools, templates and professional content

The tools are provided as they are, to support professional work. Calculations, templates and content about labour law, pay and insurance are for reference only and do not replace legal advice or an expert opinion on your specific case. Check against the current legislation before you act.

We are not liable for losses arising from using a tool's output or the site's content without verifying it.

The site shows advertising delivered by Google and links to third-party sites. We do not pick individual advertisers and do not control external pages; an ad or a link appearing here is not an endorsement.
